Stretching is a specific form of exercise that leads to increased muscle control, flexibility, range of motion, circulation, and overall fitness level. An active stretching regimen can strengthen muscles because stretching affects muscles in a way similar to strength training, just on a smaller scale. Research shows that Precor Stretcher Therapy users can significantly increase their flexibility (as judged by a basic sit and reach test) after 30 days of use, regardless of age.

One of the primary spinal rehabilitative therapy techniques used by CORE Health Centers is spinal adjustment, also known as a chiropractic adjustment. After going over the results of your tests from the initial examination, CORE Health Centers will begin you chiropractic care, which includes chiropractic adjustments. A chiropractic adjustment, also known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation, is a common therapeutic treatment for back pain, lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and hip pain. The goal of such chiropractic adjustment is to reduce vertebral subluxation and return the spine to a more natural state of health. CORE Health Centers use many chiropractic adjustment techniques in our office, which allows us to provide many options for our patients.
